METZMEIER, Debra Lynn (nee Strunk). Age 53, of Trenton, OH. Passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015. Debbie was born on August 11, 1962 in Cincinnati, OH to Sylvia (nee Bowman) and Cecil Strunk. Devoted wife of 20 years to James A. Metzmeier, Jr. Beloved daughter of Sylvia (nee Bowman) and the late Cecil Strunk. Dear sister of Karen (Steve) Covert and Ronald (finacee, Martha O'Conner) Strunk. Daughter-in-law of Jim and Mary Metzmeier. Sister-in-law of Julie (the late Steve) Turner, LeaAnn Wagers and Linda (Wilson) Nix. Loving aunt of Shannon (Rodrigo) Vasconcelos, Amber (Chris) Casteel, Maria Eubanks, Heather Covert, Christie McVey, Cynthia Turner, Rachael Turner, Adam Wagers, and Alex Nix. Great aunt of Camron, Caleb, Zachary, John, Cecilia, Savannah, and Emma. Also survived by special friend, Susan Valentine. Debbie is preceded in death by her father Cecil Strunk and grandparents, Melvin & Ida Bowman and Alfred & Elsie Strunk. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Vorhis and Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246. Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery.
