Debra Howell

Debra Sue Howell, 52, passed away on February 15, 2025, in Fairfield Township, Ohio. Born on January 28, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Debra brought warmth and kindness to those around her throughout her precious life. 

Debra was preceded in death by their beloved mother, Della Howell; brothers, Perry Atwood and Randy Atwood; aunt, Eula Linkous-Carey; uncle, Jess Linkous; and grandparents, Nina Victoria Mills and Edward McKinley Mills. Debra is survived and cherished by her loving cousins Connie Linkous-McFerron, Anthony and Brittany (Reidel) McFerron, Ryan and Courtney (Goens) McFerron, the Childress-McFerron family, the Reidel family, and a multitude of dear friends who were like family. 

Debra had a way of embracing the world with love and compassion. Her presence brought joy to those fortunate enough to know her. If everyone loved the way Debbie did, the world would undoubtedly be a much better place. 

A private graveside service for immediate family members will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Springdale, Ohio.
