David Campbell

Campbell, David Earl. Loving son of the late, Isaiah & Ruth (nee Bowman) Campbell. Dear brother of Karen S.(nee Campbell) (Robert) Balon, Connie Jean (nee Campbell) (Dan) Jump, Robert L. (Marsha) Campbell, Roger Keith (Debra) Campbell, and the late, Linda (nee Campbell) (Dale) Owens, and the late, Donald L. (Sandy) Campbell.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces & nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Survived by many dear friends. Dave cherished his friends considering them extended family proudly accepting his title of “Uncle Dave” to all.

Dave passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at the age of 68 years. Dave retired after 41 years as a Quality Controller with General Electric. Over the years, he established close friendships with many of his coworkers at GE. Dave was an avid golfer and visited many golf courses around the country. He appreciated his membership at various clubs and enjoyed spending time playing cards with friends. Dave enjoyed the ponies and dogs offering “Uncle Dave’s Tip Sheets” to everyone. He enjoyed driving his sporty “Beemer’s”.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at the Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pk, Springdale, OH  45246 from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to the charity of your choice in Dave's name.
