Daniel Fenske

Daniel George Fenske - Age 66 of Norwood, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024. He was born on September 11, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio to parents James and Sally (Dougherty) Fenske. He is survived by his brother Jim (Jody) and his sister Sarah, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He will be missed by many, many friends and by his former coworkers at Acuren. Dan was preceded in death by his father and mother, and by his beloved wife Kay (Viering) – and now he is happily reunited with all three.

Dan attended St. Vincent Ferrer grade school in Kenwood and graduated from St. Xavier High School in Finneytown (1975). Dan was an avid fisherman and had fond memories of early morning fishing as a kid at Sharon Woods with mentor Tony Yemiola and crazy fishing in Alabama with Reilly Schum.

Services and arrangements will be private and at the family’s convenience. 

Family & friends are encouraged to donate to: The Lending Tackle Box, a Circleville, OH non-profit that promotes fishing and community goodwill. Tackle boxes are currently installed at state parks across Ohio to lend poles & tackle so anyone can experience the joy of fishing. Donate
