Constance Hosmer

HOSMERConnie, 79, beloved sister of Dolores (Ben) Wood-Ruggiero, Susan Hillyard, and the late Donna Nickell; loving aunt of Debbe (Bill) Jones and great aunt of Holly Jones. Connie is also survived by her dearest friends, Patti and Rob Andrews, along with their daughter, Lindsey (Josh) Drake. Patti and Rob provided support and companionship to Connie during the latter part of her life. Connie spent her last years at the Brookdale at Kenwood Nursing Home, where she was surrounded by a caring community of professionals. Connie also received outstanding medical care from VITAS Innovative Hospice Center. Passed peacefully September 4, 2012. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM.
