RUE, Conrad. Loving husband of Dorothy (nee Schultz) Rue and the late Luvenise Irwin. Father of Casey (Sandy Thomas), Anna Mae (Ron Ragel), and Gary (Karen Taylor, Kathy Napier). Grandfather of Diane (nee Rue), Scott Ragel, Christopher Rue, Greg Ragel, Melanie Biggs, Becky (nee Ragel), Mike Rue, Nathan Rue, and Monica Rue. Brother of Imogene and Wade. Step father of Diana M. Fields and Frank L. Marquet. Conrad went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at age 90 years, after complications from a stroke. He was a longtime resident of Sharonville, Ohio.

Conrad was born on November 24, 1925 to Anna (nee Drury) and Darnell Rue and was the second of three children. He was a veteran of the United States Army and honorably served his country in the Pacific Theater during WWII. He worked for the Ford Motor Company and was distinguished by only five days absence in 35 years. The pinnacle of his life was on May 14, 1950 (Mother's Day) when he received the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at the Lockland Baptist Church, where he later served as Sunday School teacher, superintendent, and various other ministries.
Friends may greet the family from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 7000 Summerhill Dr., West Chester, OH 45069. Interment with military honors, will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens, Mt. Healthy, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Charity Baptist Mission, P.O. Box 692, Bristol, TN 37621, memo line "for Rue missions."
