Christopher Kenneth Brown of Cincinnati, Ohio died peacefully on Thursday, May 27th, 2021 in his home, due to medical complications. He was 35. Chris was born January 22nd, 1986 in Royal Oak, Michigan to Kenneth Klein and Sandra Ellen Brown.
Chris was one of 6 children, and he grew up in Anderson Township, Ohio. Chris had close connections with all of his siblings, especially his twin brother, Paul. He maintained deep friendships from grade school, high school, college, and beyond. His humor, intelligence, and generosity uplifted all who knew him. His family and friends admired and embraced him closely.
Chris graduated from Anderson High School, and the University of Cincinnati School of Engineering. He was an integral part of the Northrop Grumman software engineering team for over a decade and quickly became a team leader. Chris married Rebekah Latanich on February 26, 2011, and had two beautiful children: Noah and Elyse.
Chris was a true family man who enjoyed entertaining friends and family around his grill. He was a devoted father of his bright and energetic children. He had many accomplishments in his life, but above all he was a phenomenal father. He spent most of his spare time playing, adventuring, and teaching his kids.
Chris is survived by his wife Rebekah Latanich Brown, and his children Noah (age 6) and Elyse (age 4). He is also survived by his parents Kenneth Klein and Sandra Ellen Brown, Grandpa Carl Kranzo, and his five siblings: Tanya Tokar, Paul Brown, Sarah Brown, Anna Brown, and Elizabeth Brown. His extended family include his nephew, Andrew Brown, and two nieces, Olivia Brown and Aurora Brown-Navarro.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00pm on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45212
Memorial reception with light refreshment at 3:00pm at Zion Lutheran Church, 1175 Birney Ln., Cincinnati, OH 45230.
