Passed away on May 27, 2013 at the age of 65. A visitation will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood from 2:00 PM until the time of memorial service at 4:00 PM.
