Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Passed away on October 17, 2012 at the age of 57. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:30 PM.
