BRETZ, Charles George Jr., Esq. Beloved husband of Patricia Piatt. Father of Charles G., III (Natasha Mitchner) Bretz and Dylan R. Bretz, Sr. Loving grandfather of Dylan R. Bretz, Jr., Rylie M. Bretz, Amea C. Bretz, and Melisse G. Bretz. Dear brother of Bill (Karen) Bretz. Also survived by numerous cousins and other extended family. Charles was an attorney in Cincinnati for 50 years and earned the 2019 Cincinnati Bar Association Lawyer of the Year Award by The Volunteer Lawyers Project. He was a retired US Navy Commander JAG serving 27 years reserve; and three years active duty from 1964 - 1967 during the Vietnam Conflict.

Charles passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the age of 80 years.

Friends may greet the family at Blue Ash Presbyterian Church, 4309 Cooper Rd., Blue Ash, OH 45242 on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 10:30 am until time of memorial service at 12 noon.
