BAILEY, Charles A., beloved husband of Wilma J. (nee Proctor) Bailey; loving father of Dale (Tracy) Bailey and Teresa (Darren) Beckham; cherished grandfather of Andrew and Taylor Bailey and Candace and Bradley Beckham; dear brother of Ralph Bailey, Billie Fields, and Katherine Moore. Preceded in death by his sister, Mearl Callahan and a brother, Bobby Bailey. Passed away on February 17, 2014 at age 73.
