Charlene "Sugar" Carter

CARTER, Charlene (nee Graham) "Sugar". Devoted mother of Tom (Keisha) Carter, Chandra (Tony) Nelson, Ben (Sophia) Carter, and the late Pam Cordell and the late Marie (Terry) Cox. Loving grandmother of Jeremy, Jessica, Nick, Kammy, Michael, Ryan, Tacha, Kalijah, Dakota, Kevin, Tyler, and Levi. Dear sister of Buddy Graham, Elizabeth Graham, Jodi Graham, and the late Ray Taylor, and the late Linda Hughes. Also survived by several great grandchildren.

Charlene passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at the age of 82 years.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 310 Dunn St., Lockland, OH 45215 from 11am until time of service at 12noon.

Burial will follow in Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
