Cedric Kauffman

KAUFFMANCedric Alan ''Ike'', beloved husband of Janice (nee Lee) Kauffman for 56 years; devoted father of Cindy Partin, Christy (Guy) Runge, and Cathy Kauffman; cherished grandpa of J.R., Stacey, and Jennifer and great grandpa of Audrina. Member of the US Navy and Sonar Officer from 1954 to 1962. He was the owner of Al-J Construction and worked in construction all of his life. Longtime resident of Springdale, active coach for youth sports, co-founder of F.R.Y.S (fund raising) and member of Lockland Christian Church. Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the age of 76. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Additional visitation at the funeral home on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lockland Christian Church or Hospice of Cincinnati.
