Catherine M., beloved wife of 37 years of Michael K. Smith; devoted mother of Andrew M. Smith and David J. Smith; cherished daughter of Nancy Boylson and the late Patrick M. Boylson; dear sister of Michael (Sandy), Anne, Mark (Linda), the late Greg (Cheryl), Denis (Melinda), Mary (Harold), and Thomas (Anne); daughter-in-law of Marilyn Sargent and the late LaVern Smith; sister-in-law of Gayle (Bernard) Stephan and Steve (Joanie) Smith, Lyle Smith and Lana Shuh. She is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews, among which are 15 Godchildren. Passed away on December 12, 2013 at the age of 56. A visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood on Monday, December 16, 2013 from 6-8 PM. An additional visitation will take place at Immaculate Conception Church, 4510 Floral Avenue, Norwood on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 9:30 AM until the time of Requiem Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in St. Joseph New Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Church Alms Fund.
