Went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 1, 2011 at the age of 51. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 Noon. Interment at Reading Cemetery.
