Passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the age of 60. A visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 3-5 PM. Funeral service will be on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 10 AM at the funeral home.
