SMITH, Betty J. (nee Scott), beloved wife of the late Donald Smith; devoted mother of Larry Perkins, Arline Perkins, Christy (David) Moore and Jeffrey Smith; adoring grandmother of Richard (Stacee) and Felicia; Great grandmother of Kahla, Jessica, Austin and Coty. Great-great grandmother of Levi and Kaiden. Passed away on September 11, 2014 at age of 84. A visitation will take place at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Homes, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, OH 45246 on Wednesday, September 17, from 6:00-8:00 PM. The Order of the Eastern Star Service will be performed at 6:45 PM. An additional visitation will take place at the Forest Dale Church of Christ, 604 West Kemper Road, Springdale, OH 45246 on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.
