DuMontBetty (nee Gates). Beloved wife of the late Edwin DuMont. Loving mother of Carol (Roger) Kob, Neil, and Gary DuMont. Loving grandmother of Tracy Riva, Amy Abbott-Dallamora, Lori Wallin, and Matt Kob. Also survived by 4 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by 1 great granddaughter. Sister of Robert Gates and the late Bill, Joe, and Howard Gates. Passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at the age of 83 years. Friends may call at St. Saviour Church, Myrtle Ave. at Plainfield Rd., Deer Park, Monday, June 22, 2009 from 9:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
