MEECE, Bertha R. "Bert" (nee Farmer). Beloved wife of the late Denton A. Meece. Devoted mother of Anthony "Tony" (Kim Coffey) Meece and Douglas (Rhonda Ryan) Meece. Loving grandmother of Jake Meece, Gabrielle "Lilly" (Josh Steadman) Meece, Denton James Meece, Zachery Meece, and Nolan Meece. Great grandmother of Cameron, Tyler, Aidan, and Octavia. Dear sister of Marlow Farmer, Boone (Anne) Farmer, Johnny (Faye) Farmer, Donald (Mae) Farmer, Jerry (Carolyn) Farmer, and Shirley Bullock. Preceded in death by parents, Nolen Lee & Zona Marie (née Dykes) Farmer and siblings, Trellis Farmer and Rebecca “Corrine” Chaney.

Bertha passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the age of 77 years.

Visitation will be held at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Rd., Norwood, OH 45212 on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 5:30 PM - 8 PM.

Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 11 AM with a brief visitation beginning at 10:30 AM.

Final resting place will be in Vine Street Hill Cemetery.
