Beatrice Manning

MANNING, Beatrice Belle (nee Fricke). Beloved wife of the late Dormas Clay "Jack" Manning. Beatrice entered into her eternal life on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the age of 95 years. Bea was born in North Vernon, Indiana on January 11, 1923. She married Jack Manning on December 12, 1942 and they made their home in Greenhills, Ohio for the next 74 years. Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband Dormas Manning. Survived by her daughter, Elayne (Bruce) Young and son, Denny (Wilda) Manning; three grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tara) Young, Brandon (Julie) Young, and Lydia Manning PhD; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, and a host of family, friends, and special caregivers. Bea was retired from Winton Woods School District (formerly Greenhills - Forest Park School District). She was also a member of Greenhills Community Church. Friends may greet the family at Arlington Memorial Gardens Lakeside Chapel, 2145 Compton Rd., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231 on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Burial will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, 2045 Gilbert Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45202.
