Allan Beverage

USNWWIIBEVERAGEAllan, passed away August 5, 2012 at 89 years of age. He leaves behind his wife of 68 years, Mildred and son, Steven. Also surviving are his brother, Leland Beverage and his wife, Mary Sue of Boston; two nieces, Cindy Darden and Terrie Oullette; and two nephews, Larry Gerspacher and Terry Gerspacher. During WWII, he was a Naval Aviator in the South Pacific, later attaining the rank of Commander. A career at General Electric saw him involved in the development, production, and marketing of numerous flight propulsion systems. Private services will be held at a later date in North Haven, Maine. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to one's favorite charity.
