Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Passed away July 10, 2011. Age 69. Visitation at Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home, 11365 Springfield Pike, Springdale, Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 5:00 PM until time of memorial service at 7:00 PM.
